Three installations.
The right method for each material.

Our soil treatment, pyrolysis and distillation installations form the foundation of our recycling operations. Each combines specific processes to clean materials and recover usable resources.

01 / TREATMENT INSTALLATION

Soil treatment installation

Discuss treatment options

Cleaning and treating contaminated soil.

We combine biological and physicochemical methods in one treatment approach, selecting and combining them according to soil composition and the type of contamination.

Biological treatment

Microorganisms break down organic contaminants, including petroleum products. By controlling moisture, temperature, oxygen and nutrient availability, we gradually reduce soil contamination.

Chemical oxidation

Oxidising agents help transform and reduce organic contaminants. The method can be combined with biological treatment according to the material’s properties.

Stabilisation

Soil is mixed with binders to reduce the movement and leaching of contaminants. The contaminants are bound within the material, improving its stability.

Soil washing

Water and suitable additives help separate contaminants from soil particles. The separated contaminants and wash water are directed to further treatment.

Material preparation

Sorting and, where necessary, shredding prepare the material for treatment. We select methods according to composition, contamination and the required outcome.

02 / TREATMENT INSTALLATION

Pyrolysis installation

Discuss treatment options

Thermal treatment and resource recovery.

The pyrolysis installation treats organic materials and reduces organic contamination in industrial waste.

Pyrolysis

At elevated temperatures with limited oxygen, organic compounds break down into simpler substances. Depending on the material’s composition, the process produces gaseous, liquid and solid products.

Treatment of materials containing organic contaminants

Pyrolysis is used for the thermal treatment of tyres, plastics, contaminated wood, absorbents and other suitable industrial materials. Before processing, we assess the material’s composition and preparation requirements.

Catalyst cleaning

We use thermal treatment to reduce organic and petroleum contamination in spent industrial catalysts. The metal-bearing material is prepared for further metallurgical processing and the recovery of valuable metals.

Shredding and oil filter preparation

Tyres, plastics, absorbents and filter materials are mechanically prepared for further treatment. Oil filter processing separates oil and metal.

03 / TREATMENT INSTALLATION

Distillation installation

Discuss treatment options

Recovering valuable substances from liquid mixtures.

Our distillation installation separates liquid mixtures into their components and recovers oils and solvents for reuse.

Distillation and fraction separation

A liquid mixture is heated to exploit differences in its components’ boiling points. The vapours are cooled and condensed, separating usable fractions from water and other impurities.

Oil and solvent regeneration

Usable substances are recovered from suitable liquid waste. The process is adapted to the mixture’s composition to reduce the amount of residue requiring further treatment.

Water treatment within the recycling process

We treat water from soil washing and other recycling processes by removing petroleum products, suspended solids and other contaminants. Physical, chemical and biological methods support the work of the main installations.
